Last monday aku pegi ikea beli byas tv bench and almari aneboda. Cadangnya nak ganti almari maid aku yang dah goyah tu and ganti rak tv kat living room.
Husband aku pegi settlekan bayar for home delivery and written in the bill barang will be delivered on wedenesday antara 1pm to 3pm.
Aku punya la merancang nak pergi aeon lambat sikit sebab nak tunggu barang sampai dulu. Tapi dah pukul 2.30pm still takde lori ikea sampai.
Selalu kalau diorang hantar barang sejam awal dah sampai.

Staff: your stuff has not delivered yet maam

Staff: the driver left it out. Can we send it to u tomorrow morning?
Aku: excuse me, you r the one who gave the date and time for the delivery. I had to take leave to wait for u to come and deliver my stuff. If the damn driver could not take the responsibility then why should I??😤
Staff: maam sorry we don't have any lorry available at the moment to do the delivery
Aku: that is not my problem. I am not gonna be around tomorrow and I want your irresponsible damn driver to go and get that damn lorry and make sure my stuff delivered safely by today

Staff: ok maam, we will send the stuff to u by today but I afraid it is gonna be late a bit. The driver is away now sending another delivery. After that he will come here to load your stuff and send it to your door. Please expect it to be late since the traffic are getting slow now.
